My approach to developing both leaders and teams is grounded in the belief that they are motivated by a deep desire to create meaningful impact—through their work, within their organizations, and across the communities they serve.
Both effective leadership and teamwork, at their core, require an ability to foster relationships that build trust, inspire commitment, and enable true collaboration, alignment, and innovation.
Through our work together, my individual and team clients strengthen their capacity to act with authenticity, empathy, and a grounded sense of purpose.
My Journey
Poorni’s 20 year + career journey has been focused on both building teams and partnerships for growth and in supporting leaders to have greater impact while experiencing deeper fulfillment with their work.
Most recently, Poorni served as Head of Strategy and Operations for enrich, a venture backed start-up focused on creating peer learning opportunities for technology and product leaders. At enrich, Poorni built the commercial systems and processes for renewals while also leading peer groups for Chief Technology and Chief Product Officers.
Poorni has also served as Vice President, Customer Success at ExecOnline (a start-up that partners with the world’s to deliver business schools to deliver enterprise leadership development solutions over a virtual platform). Prior to that, Poorni lead the Enterprise Solutions division for The Co-Active Training Institute where she and her team grew ARR from $500K to $3M over her tenure.
