My approach to developing leaders is grounded in the belief that they are motivated by a deep desire to create meaningful impact—through their work, within their organizations, and across the communities they serve.
Effective leadership, at its core, requires an ability to foster relationships that build trust, inspire commitment, and enable true collaboration, alignment, and innovation.
Self-awareness and emotional intelligence are essential for effective leadership. They help leaders navigate the pressures that can derail connection and clarity.
Through our work together, my clients strengthen their capacity to lead with authenticity, empathy, and a grounded sense of inner authority.
Impact in Organizations
At CTI, I and the team I led succeeded in doing what the company had long struggled to do: we grew the Enterprise Services Business in significant and meaningful ways, and we had a blast doing so.
My leadership of this team helped CTI reach thousands of leaders and teams inside corporations, demonstrating that this application of Co-Active training was not only possible but absolutely critical for CTI to achieve its mission and greatest impact.
At ExecOnline, I am part of the core coaching team which has grown this product line more than tenfold since its launch in 2017.
