Executive Coaching
As an Executive & Leadership Coach, I partner with leaders stepping into expanded roles—through promotion, growth, or organizational change. We navigate three core transitions:
Role transition: re-envisioning how you contribute and exercise influence.
Identity transition: shaping who you are becoming as a leader.
System transition: redefining how the organization works through you, and how you work through the organization.

Team Coaching
As a Team Coach, I help teams build the muscle to accelerate performance and navigate complexity with clarity and cohesion. We focus on three core areas:
Surface collective intelligence: unlocking the insight that lives not just within individuals, but in the relationships between them
Create meaningful alignment: turning new awareness into shared understanding and direction
Translate alignment into action: mobilizing the team around a clear, shared purpose

Credentials
I hold a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach Certification (CPCC) from CTI and an Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation. I am trained in Organizational and Relationship System Coaching am also certified to administer The Leadership Circle 360 Assessment.
