What is the Leadership Circle Profile™?

The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is the only 360° assessment that measures both your leadership competencies and the underlying assumptions that drive your behavior. It provides a comprehensive view of how your inner beliefs and thought patterns influence your leadership actions and outcomes.

Unlike traditional assessments that focus solely on external behaviors, the LCP delves into your internal operating system—your beliefs, assumptions, and habits of thought—to uncover the root causes of your leadership effectiveness. This holistic approach allows for deeper insights and more sustainable growth.

How the LCP Works

The LCP assesses 29 dimensions of leadership, categorized into two primary domains:

  • Creative Competencies: These are behaviors and internal assumptions that contribute to high fulfillment and achievement in leadership. They include aspects like achieving results, bringing out the best in others, leading with vision, enhancing personal development, acting with integrity and courage, and improving organizational systems.

  • Reactive Tendencies: These are self-limiting behaviors and beliefs that can hinder effectiveness. They often involve caution over creating results, self-protection over productive engagement, and aggression over building alignment.

The LCP provides percentile scores for each dimension, allowing you to see how your leadership compares to a global norm base.
